Great recipe! 1 star away from 5 because of this necessary adjustment: double (or eyeball as needed) the milk for the desired, pourable consistency. The first time I made these perfectly according to the recipe, they were so thick that the middle was raw.

Otherwise, I enjoy the flavor very much, and so did my family. I’ve added chocolate chips to top, but I might try them in the batter next time.

Hi Gloria, I wouldn’t recommend freezing pancake batter – I don’t think they’ll rise the same way as when it’s freshly mixed.
